Riboflavin is a B-vitamin that promotes healthy skin and hair, energy production, and red blood cells development.
To learn more about vitamin B2 (riboflavin) status in women, researchers at University of British Columbia are looking for interested women who are:
- Healthy (19-45 years)
- Of European OR Chinese ethnicity
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not taking riboflavin supplement for the previous 4 months
During the clinic visit:
You will spend ~2 hours or less to fill up 3 questionnaires, provide a fasting blood sample (breakfast will be provided), and have your blood pressure measured.
